Marketing agencies in Beirut and beyond
Five to thirty people, several retainer clients, and a founder who still touches every report. The usual first builds: an outreach engine that sources and researches leads and sends personalised first emails, a research pipeline that produces competitor and SEO briefs, and an ad-creative pipeline that turns a brief into on-brand visuals ready for Meta Ads.
Restaurants, cafés and F&B groups
Multiple outlets, a POS that exports CSVs nobody reads, supplier orders on WhatsApp, and a daily report someone builds by hand. Typical first build: the daily sales and inventory summary produced automatically every morning, with supplier follow-ups drafted and waiting for approval.
Founders and small teams
Anyone running a company where the same three tasks eat the afternoon. If you can describe the task in a sentence and it happens every day, it is probably a candidate.
Not a fit
Enterprise AI strategy, regulated banking or healthcare deployments, or a general "digital transformation" mandate. For those, a larger firm with compliance and change-management capacity is the right call, and the guide lists who they are. I also do not build chatbots for their own sake; if a chatbot is the right answer it is usually a small part of a larger workflow.
